CustomHub provides a print-on-demand management platform that includes order management, marketplace integrations, shipping label generation, supplier routing, branded storefronts, and related tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

The CustomHub platform, including its software, design, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

CustomHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
